Superstar Mahesh Babu has officially been announced as the voice behind Mufasa in the highly anticipated Hollywood film Mufasa: The Lion King.
Today, the Telugu theatrical trailer was released, showcasing Mahesh Babu’s voice as Mufasa. The trailer is visually stunning, with Mahesh’s voice adding remarkable depth and gravitas to the character, elevating the overall impact.
Comedy legends Brahmanandam and Ali return as the voices of Pumbaa and Timon, respectively, infusing the trailer with their signature humour. Produced by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Barry Jenkins, Mufasa: The Lion King is the sequel to the 2019 hit The Lion King and is scheduled for a multilingual release across India on December 20, 2024.
