Akkineni Naga Chaitanya will be seen next in Custody, a bilingual film directed by Venkat Prabhu. Krithi Shetty is the heroine in this film, which is scheduled to release in theatres on May 12, 2023, worldwide.
The Akkineni hero has taken to his official Twitter account and released a no-dialogue video glimpse showcasing the policeman Shiva (played by Chaitanya) emerging from a cell submerged underwater. This glimpse is to announce that the teaser for Custody will be released on March 16, 2023, at 04:51 PM.
Arvind Swamy is the antagonist in this film which has Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premji, Vennela Kishore, and Premi Vishwanath in crucial roles. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are the music directors for this Telugu-Tamil cop action drama, bankrolled under Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner.
