Hero Venkatesh’s Narappa was supposed to release in May second week. However, the COVID second wave and then the lockdown had left the makers with no option but to postpone the film’s release date. Narappa’s entire shooting formalities were wrapped up before the lockdown.
According to the latest updates, the film’s post-production work is nearing completion and the first copy will be ready within a week. A decision regarding the film’s release date will be taken depending on the reopening of theaters across the twin Telugu states.
Award winning actress Priyamani plays Venky’s wife in this Sreekanth Addala directorial. Suresh Babu and Kalaipuli S Thanu are jointly bankrolling the project.
