Megastar Chiranjeevi’s latest outing, Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, is turning out to be a jackpot for buyers across regions. Directed by hit machine Anil Ravipudi, the film features Nayanthara as the female lead, while Victory Venkatesh appears in an extended cameo.
In the Nizam region, Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is all set to emerge as Chiranjeevi’s biggest hit to date. On Sunday, the film collected a solid share of Rs. 3.40 crore, taking its first-week Nizam share to an impressive Rs. 32.5 crore. Traditionally a strong market for Chiranjeevi, Nizam has seen fluctuations in recent years due to some of his film choices.
Though Waltair Veerayya did well, Bholaa Shankar had a disappointing run in this territory. However, with Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Megastar has clearly reclaimed his past glory in Telangana.
