The overseas premieres and early morning Indian shows for Tamil superstar Thala Ajith’s Vivegam and its Telugu version Vivekam concluded and things don’t look quite promising. The film’s FDFS are off to a largely mixed response from movie lovers.
Thanks to its global terrorism and intelligence operations backdrop, Vivekam is rich in technical wizardry and the racy action sequences are a feast for Ajith’s die-hard fans. However, lack of an engaging script is the major flaw in the movie and it is already showing its impact to an extent.
Ajith’s performance is quite good and he single-handedly shoulders this lackluster film. We will have to see if the film will manage to sail through at the box-office.
