It is already a known fact that a film was made on yesteryear actress Silk Smitha. Titled The Dirty Picture, Vidya Balan played the female lead in this hit film.
The latest we hear is that noted director, Pa Ranjith of Kabali and Kaala fame is all set to produce a web series on the actress. This web series will be quite hard-hitting and will showcase Silk Smitha’s life from her childhood onwards.
The casting is currently on and a lot of money will be spent to make this web series. On the other hand, Pa Ranjith is also gearing up to make his next film with Rajinikanth and is scripting for the same.
