Released in 2014, Nikhil and Swathi starrer supernatural thriller, Karthikeya, went on to become a huge hit. The film was directed by Chandoo Mondeti, who is currently helming Chay’s Savyasachi.
On several occasions, there were reports that a sequel to Karthikeya was in the offing and both Nikhil and Chandoo confirmed the news. Now, the latest buzz is that noted Nizam distributor Sunil Narang is going to produce Karthikeya 2. The project is expected to begin soon after Chandoo is relieved from Savyasachi.
However, these are mere speculations and we will have to wait for an official announcement regarding this project.
