The political action thriller GodFather starring Chiranjeevi in the lead role, is turning out to be a successful venture for the makers. The movie team interacted with the media today and discussed several aspects. One of the questions asked was about the performance of the film.
Answering the question, producer NV Prasad stated that the film’s original version Lucifer is available for streaming on Youtube and OTT at zero cost and added it is a challenging task to remake a readily available film and to pull the audience to the theatres. However, NV Prasad also said the changes they made and the efforts they put into this film made it a huge success.
The producer went on to say that remaking a film isn’t easy these days as the growth of digital media enhanced multifold. Mohan Raja directed the movie with Nayanathara and Satyadev in other crucial roles. Thaman gave the soundtracks.
