Farhan Akhtar recently starred in a war action drama titled 120 Bahadur. Razneesh Razy Ghai is the director, and Raashii Khanna played the female lead. Despite earning positive reviews from critics, 120 Bahadur tanked at the box office, collecting only Rs. 20 crores gross.
120 Bahadur has now made its way to Amazon Prime Video, but there’s a catch. To watch the film, viewers must pay Rs. 349/- as rent. However, 120 Bahadur is expected to be available for Prime Video subscribers at no additional cost starting January 16.
120 Bahadur is inspired by the Battle of Rezang La, one of the major events of the Indo-China war in 1962, when 120 soldiers of the Charlie Company defended their post against a 3,000-strong Chinese Army contingent. The movie tells the visceral tale of sacrifice, brotherhood, and unshakeable resolve. Farhan Akhtar played Major Shaitan Singh Bhati in this flick.
Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Amit Chandra jointly produced the movie under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios. Ankit Siwach and Vivan Bhatena played key roles.
