Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has made his directorial debut with The Bads of Bollywood. The satirical action drama, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, had its premiere last night and arrives on Netflix today.
However, this is not a typical Netflix drop. Instead of midnight, the Hindi series will begin streaming today at 12:30 PM IST. Viewers looking for it earlier were left puzzled, but the unusual release slot is now confirmed.
The series features Bobby Deol, Lakshya, and Sahher Bambba in lead roles, with high-profile cameos from Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and SS Rajamouli. With such a line-up, expectations are understandably high.
Whether Aryan Khan’s first outing breaks new ground or settles as another overhyped release will become clear in the hours ahead. He co-created the show with Bilal Siddiqi and Manav Chauhan.
