Tamil hero Harish Kalyan, who picks unique scripts, was recently seen in the action thriller Diesel. It is written and directed by Shanmugam Muthusamy in his directorial debut. The movie received mixed reviews from critics and underperformed at the box office.
Diesel is now all set for its OTT debut. According to the latest update, Diesel will be available for streaming on Aha Tamil and Sun NXT from November 21. On Sun NXT, Diesel will also be available in Telugu from the said date. The theatrical window is five weeks. During its release, Diesel was overshadowed by Dude and Bison in Tamil Nadu.
It remains to be seen how the film fares in the digital space. Diesel featured Athulya Ravi as the female lead, while Vivek Prasanna played the antagonist. Vinay Rai, Sai Kumar, Ananya, Karunas, Ramesh Thilak, and others appeared in supporting roles.
