fter three years of wait, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s much-talked-about film They Call Him OG will finally hit theaters on September 25, 2025. Directed by Sujeeth, the movie is a gangster drama set in Mumbai during the 1980s and 1990s. The makers have planned a pre-release event called the “OG Concert,” which will start shortly.
Before the trailer release, the film has already made waves overseas. In North America, over 70,000 premiere pre-sale tickets have been sold. Impressively, it crossed the $2 million mark in pre-sales without even releasing a trailer, making it one of the fastest Telugu films to reach this milestone.
Pawan Kalyan leads the cast, with Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi playing the villain. Priyanka Arul Mohan is the female lead, while Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, and Shaam play important supporting roles. The music is by Thaman S, and the film is produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under the DVV Entertainment banner.
