The highly anticipated Pan-Indian film Salaar, starring Prabhas and directed by Kannada filmmaker Prashanth Neel, will not be releasing on its originally planned date – September 28, 2023. The makers are expected to make an official announcement regarding this change very soon.

Salaar features Shruti Haasan as the leading lady, with prominent roles played by Prithviraj Sukumaran, Eeswari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, and others. This big-budget production is bankrolled by Hombale Films, with music composed by Ravi Basrur.
