At the success event of Peddi, Ram Charan wholeheartedly thanked the audience for supporting the film unconditionally. He praised Telugu audiences, stating that they don’t easily shower someone with love, but once they do, they never forget them.
“There were mixed reviews, and some tried to bring the film down, but the people who watched it carried it on their shoulders, appreciating all our efforts. I salute the audience who saw the good in Peddi. I also thank reviewers from both big and small channels. A film is truly good only when it reaches beyond the fans, and Peddi is one such film,” said Ram Charan.
The sports action drama, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The film grossed over ₹400 crore at the box office. Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, and Boman Irani played key roles.
