The biggest film of the year, Ramayana, headlined by Ranbir Kapoor, is set to become the first Indian film to be released in ScreenX. As reported by Bollywood Hungama, Namit Malhotra has signed a partnership with CJ 4DPLEX to bring Ramayana to life in immersive premium formats.
Speaking on the decision, Namit Malhotra said, “From the outset, Ramayana was designed as a global cinematic experience. Our collaboration with CJ 4DPLEX enables us to bring this iconic film in innovative formats that match its scope and vision. SCREENX and 4DX invite audiences to engage with the story in a powerful new way.”
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and bankrolled by Prime Focus Studios and Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana Part 1 also features Yash, Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, and Kajal Aggarwal in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to release globally during Diwali 2026.
