Ravi Babu’s Adhugo has been in the making for a long time now, and finally, the film is gearing up for release on November 7. Apart from directing the film, Ravi Babu has also produced it whereas Suresh Babu will be presenting it.

In a recent interview, Ravi Babu revealed that he was quite inspired by several Hollywood films which had animals as central characters. However, he soon realized that it is extremely challenging to make animals behave the way you want them to. “The initial idea was to have a dog or a cat as a central character, but I finally chose a piglet because it is really cute. I ever adopted a piglet to understand its behaviour pattern and that is when I realized how difficult it is going to be to work with real animals,” Ravi Babu said.

For a while, the team was planning to use animatronics to make the piglet look realistic, but in the end, they stuck to a 3D animated version of the piglet to make it look authentic. Nabha Natesh and Abhishek Varma have played lead roles, along with Ravi Babu.
