Ace Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty has revealed that two Telugu films, Baahubali and Kalki 2898 AD, have had a major influence on him as a director.
Speaking in a recent interview with Komal Nahara, Rohith Shetty said both films were “way ahead of their time” and taught him valuable lessons in visual storytelling and scale.
He praised the vision of the filmmakers and the sheer ambition with which both projects were executed. Shetty added that such films push the boundaries of Indian cinema and inspire other creators to think big.
His last film, Singham Again, did not meet the expectations, and he is now all set to start his new film with Ajay Devgn once again. Stay tuned for more.
