A month back, there were reports that Prashanth Neel shot an item song for Salaar in Hyderabad. Reportedly, Dirty Hari and Gadar 2 fame Simrat Kaur was roped in for this special song. But fans of Prabhas were startled not to see the song in the movie. Was the song edited out due to runtime issues, or will it be present in part 2?

To know that we need to wait till the release of part 2. Even KGF 1 had a special song featuring Tamannaah (Mouni Roy in Hindi version). The shoot of Salaar 2 will commence in the latter half of 2025, as per the reports. Prashanth Neel directed this action drama, which has Malayalam star hero Prithviraj Sukumaran in a pivotal role. Shruti Haasan played the female lead.

Also featuring Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Eswari Rao, Ramachandra Raju, and Sapthagiri in key roles, the film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The movie took a bumper start at the box office, and let’s see how much the film does by the end of its run.
