The actress took to her Instagram handle and shared a post that indicates that she had begun her dubbing work for the film. She added the quote of Nikki Rowe, which says that art is the cure to all the madness, sadness, and loss of belonging in the world.
Shaakuntalam is based on the play Shakuntala written by Kalidasa. Dev Mohan is the male lead, while Gauthami, Prakash Raj, Mohan Babu, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, and Sachin Khedekar play key roles. Neelima Guna is producing this mythological drama which is up for release on 17th February 2023.
