Acclaimed filmmaker Sekhar Kammula’s much-awaited film featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi went on floors a couple of days ago. The film is touted as a musical romantic drama and it is set in Telangana backdrop.
Now, interacting with a news daily, be Sekhar revealed that Chay’s role in the movie is “unconventional and powerful” and that his role will be the main highlight of the movie. Sekhar is also confident that Chay’s authentic Telangana dialogues will surprise everyone.
And talking about his leading lady Sai Pallavi, Sekhar said that even her role will be a pleasant surprise and that it’s nothing like the chirpy Telangana girl she had portrayed in Fidaa. Revealing the main plot of his film, Sekhar said that the story will showcase two individuals who move to the city from their villages to pursue their dreams.
