Lahari Films and Chai Bisket Films’ Mem Famous has been in the news constantly due to aggressive promotions. Written and directed by Sumanth Prabhas, the film features Sumanth Prabhas and Saarya in crucial roles. It is up for a theatrical release on 26th May. Today the team has conducted a program named Dhawath in which Telugu media took part.

At the event, producer Sharath Chandra said that their team saw the final output last night and hence decided to have this party. He said that it feels good to introduce new talent through Lahari Films and Chai Bisket Films. He added that the audience would know the energy of newbies if they watch Mem Famous. Sharath Chandra noted that he started his journey along with Anurag through a marketing agency named First Show.

He continued saying that they did the marketing for over 100 films, and in this process, they established Chai Bisket. Sharath Chandra mentioned that they produced over 1500 films on Youtube and did a few web shows. “We ourselves are surprised looking at the journey of Mem Famous, and many stood by our side,” said the producer.

Sharath mouthed a dialogue from the film: “Good deeds done by one will return to them in one or the other way.” The producer opined that the same would apply to them. He confidently stated that people would enjoy the movie. Sharath further mentioned that Geetha Films Distribution will release the film in the Telugu states, and Saregama will be the overseas distributor. He added that Annapurna Studios will release the movie in the Vizag region. Sharath ended his speech by revealing that the trailer will release on 17th May.
