We have reported a while back that Swetha Bharadwaj, an actress known for her item song “We Love Bad Boys” from Businessman, will be doing an item song called “Lollipop” in Gopichand’s Soukyam
Apparently, when Swetha was roped in, the crew were on a very tight schedule to shoot the song. Speaking to IANS, Swetha said, “We shot the song in four days. We didn’t even have time to rehearse. I picked up most of the steps on the sets. We started shooting as early as 5 a.m. and I was under so much pressure because we couldn’t afford to waste time on retakes.” She also added that even though she was under pressure, this was a fun song to shoot for and it will achieve the popularity of Businessman’s item song.
Soukyam has been directed by AS Ravikumar Chowdary and produced by Bhavya Creations. Regina Cassendra is the lead actress. Anup Rubens composed the tunes. The movie is all set to release on December 24th.
