Veteran actor, Dialogue King Mohan Babu’s Son Of India is up for a grand release this Friday. Produced by Vishnu Manchu under the Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner, the movie is directed by Diamond Ratna Babu. Ahead of the release, the director has interacted with the media today.
Speaking to the media, Ratna Babu said, “Son Of India is not a regular commercial movie but an experimental film that deals with an interesting point. When I met and narrated the story to Mohan Babu, he immediately accepted it.”
“Originally, we planned to release the movie on OTT and thus the runtime is around 1 hour and 30 hours. Later, Mohan Babu, who loved to release movies only in theaters, decided to release it in cinemas only,” said the director.
Ratna Babu also said, “The movie has many powerful dialogues in the climax. I am feeling very happy as Chiranjeevi gave voiceover for Mohan Babu in this film and also feeling proud for working with the legendary composer, Ilaiyaraaja garu.”
He noted, “Mohan Babu’s character name in this movie is Virupaksha. Raghuveera Gadyam will become a highlight of the film. Son Of India questions the flaws in the system. I can promise that the movie won’t let down the reputation of Mohan Babu’s home banner.”
Ratna Babu also confirmed that his next film, a crime thriller, is with Mohan Babu and Manchu Lakshmi. The movie will be commenced very soon, he said.
