Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is making her acting debut with Kedarnath. The film’s teaser was released recently and impressed everyone. Kedarnath film showcases a love story between a young couple in the backdrop of the 2013 Kedarnath floods.
But in an unexpected development, Kedarnath has landed in a serious controversy. The members of the Kedarnath temple committee and priests are protesting against the film’s release. The protestors are alleging that the film is promoting Love Jihad and threatened to stop its release.
Kedarnath is directed by Abhishek Kapoor. Young star Sushant Singh Rajput is the hero of the film. The film is slated for release in December.
