Vishwak Sen is testing his luck as a director once again with #Cult. He has termed it India’s first slasher film, and the promotions have already hinted at what kind of movie it is.
The A-rated violent film is releasing tomorrow alongside Venkatesh’s Aadarsha Kutumbam. At today’s press meet, the actor-director gave a warning to the faint-hearted.
Vishwak asked children and weak-hearted people to stay away from the movie. He also requested exhibitors to keep the volume setting at 6.7 while screening the film.
His statement gives an idea of just how bloody and violent the film is going to be. The slasher also features Gayatri Bharadwaj, Srikanth Iyengar, Murali Sharma and Tarak Ponnappa in key roles. Sandeep Kakarala produced the movie, while Ravi Basrur composed the music.
