Kanguva, starring Suriya, is one of the most anticipated flicks in Indian cinema. The movie is directed by Siruthai Siva. Kanguva has been in the making for a long time. Bollywood sizzling beauty Disha Patani is essaying the female lead. Recently, the team wrapped up a schedule in Thailand.

The strong buzz in the Kollywood film circles is that Kanguva will hit the screens on April 11, 2024. Tamil New Year, Ramzan, and Vishu festivals are coming in the same week, and hence, April 11 is a solid date for releasing the film. There is also a rumor that the Indian 2 team is also eyeing an 11th April release. We need to see whether or not the clash happens.

Kanguva will be along the lines of Magadheera, as per reports. K. E. Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green is producing this period action drama on a whopping budget in association with the Tollywood production house UV Creations. Kanguva will be released in major Indian languages. Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tunes.
