Hero Suriya has been winning accolades for his riveting performance as a crusader against atrocities on tribals in the recently released Amazon Prime original, TJ Gnanavel’s Jai Bhim. The actor is also winning hearts with his humane gestures by donating huge amounts of money to the oppressed.
In a latest, Suriya handed over the fixed deposit documents worth Rs 15 lakhs (Rs 10 lakhs on his behalf and Rs 5 lakhs on the behalf of his production house 2D Entertainment) to Parvathy Ammal, the tribal lady who inspired the Sengani character in Jai Bhim was written. Suriya met Tamil Nadu CPM State Secretary Balakrishnan, who have over the FD documents earlier today.
