Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film, Vakeel Saab, released on April 9 amid sky-high expectations. The film capitalised on the positive buzz and had a solid first weekend. However, the collections dropped from its first Monday and only kept dipping further until the COVID second wave affected it badly.
When Vakeel Saab entered into its first week, there were reports that the film will have its digital premiere on Amazon Prime in April last week. But producer Dil Raju refuted the rumours and clarified that Vakeel Saab will have its OTT premiere only after 50 days of its release.
However, it looks like Vakeel Saab will go digital sooner than expected. The film may have its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video in May. An official announcement regarding the premiere date is expected to be out soon to end the suspense.
