It’s well known that Tamil star Chiyaan Vikram will be playing the titular role in a Tamil-Hindi bilingual magnum opus, titled Mahavir Karna. This period mythological drama will be made with a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore, making it one of the most expensive films ever made in India.
As per the latest updates, Mahavir Karna’s teaser will be unveiled soon and the launch date will be announced in a few days. The film’s unit had wrapped up a crucial schedule in Hyderabad. The historic Kurkshetra war episode was shot on Vikram and other Indian and international actors. The film is being narrated through Karna’s perspective.
RS Vimal is directing Mahavir Karna. The film will be dubbed in 32 Indian and international languages and will get the biggest ever worldwide release for an Indian film. New York-based production house United Film Kingdom is bankrolling this massive project. Stay tuned for more updates.
