Sankalp Reddy, the director who made the National Award-winning film The Ghazi Attack, has directed a new movie called IB 71, with Vidyut Jammwal in the lead role. This is Sankalp Reddy’s maiden Hindi movie, which was released today.
Unfortunately, the Hyderabadi director did not promote the film in the Telugu states, resulting in almost zero buzz for its release. Although IB 71 was released in major multiplexes in Hyderabad, the majority of people are unaware of the film’s release. However, word of mouth may help the film gain some attention in the Telugu states.
The spy thriller features an ensemble cast, including Anupam Kher, Vishal Jethwa, Ashwath Bhatt, Dalip Tahil, Danny Sura, Suvrat Joshi, and Diwakar Dhyani, in prominent roles. Vidyut Jammwal has turned producer for this movie, and the music for the film is composed by Prashanth R Vihari.
