Tharun Bhascker, the director of Pellichoopulu and Ee Nagariniki Emaindhi, revealed that he has penned the screenplay for an upcoming web-series titled B.Tech. Interestingly, it was the first screenplay he had written and the director revealed that it was the only script which his father had read before he passed away few years ago.
“There was a lot of emotional baggage involved with this screenplay and I couldn’t bring it to screen. Thankfully, my best friend Uppu took it upon himself to direct it and rest of the team at Vinoothna Geetha helped in putting it together. B Tech is a story that is straight from my heart,” Tharun said.
The series will be streaming on Zee5 app from November 15 onwards. More details are awaited.
