Aadi Pinishetty-starrer Telugu film Drive released alongside Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 in theatres. In the former, the actor played the protagonist, while in the latter he essayed the role of antagonist. However, Drive went completely unnoticed in theatres, but its OTT reception turned the tables.
The Telugu thriller is currently trending at the top position on Prime Video India. For a flop film that lacked buzz and awareness during its theatrical release, this is a great response. Drive is also available for streaming in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
Produced by Bhavya Creations, the film is directed by Jenuse Mohamed and also features Satyadev, Madonna Sebastian, Raja Chembolu, Kamal Kamaraju, and Anish Yohan Kuruvilla in key roles. The movie is about media tycoon Jayadev Reddy (Aadhi Pinisetty), whose life collapses when an anonymous hacker targets him.
