Deepika Padukone is one of the top heroines in the country. She started as a model when she was 18 and was quite lean then.
As she was struggling for work, one of those people in the Ad world who looked at Deepika suggested she get breast implants which the star heroine did not.
Deepika herself revealed this in an interview and said that this advice shocked her and made her upset big time. Deepika is in a stage where her lean figure has become an inspiration to many. She will next be seen in Prabhas Project K.
