Megapower Star Ram Charan is currently working on the political action drama Game Changer, which is being directed by Shankar Shanmugham. The project has been in the making for quite some time. After Game Changer, Charan will start working with Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana for a rural action drama.

This is the 16th film for the star actor. A few days back, there were rumors that Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani was being considered for the female lead. However, recent reports state otherwise. Accordingly, terrific performer Sai Pallavi will likely play the leading lady. We need to wait for official confirmation from the production house.

If this rumor turns out to be true, this would be the first time Sai Pallavi will be sharing screen space with an A-lister in Tollywood. Sai Pallavi is currently part of NC23. Venkata Satish Kilaru of Vriddhi Cinemas will produce the film. RC16 will be co-produced by Sukumar Writings and presented by Mythri Movie Makers. Academy winner AR Rahman is the music director.
