Yash’s Toxic has once again been postponed, leaving fans disappointed. The film is a high budget father and son revenge saga set in old Goa, directed by Geetu Mohandas. With its postponement from June 4, 2026, the big question now is which movie will take that release slot.
At the moment, there are no major films scheduled for that week except Rao Bahadur, which is set to release on June 5. Meanwhile, Peddi and Lenin are planned for June 25 and June 26 respectively.
Fans are now wondering why Peddi cannot be preponed, especially since its shoot is almost complete and postproduction is already in progress. With no other big releases lined up for most of the month, this move could be a major advantage for the film.
It would also allow Lenin to have a smoother run at the box office. Ultimately, however, the decision rests with the makers of Peddi. The film stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, with music composed by AR Rahman.
