Toxic Hindi bookings: Rampage start, Yash’s film eyeing a mammoth opening

Only a few heroes from South cinema have earned a market in North India, and Yash is definitely among them. KGF made him a household name among Hindi moviegoers, and Toxic advance bookings prove that his stardom isn’t limited to KGF alone.

According to trade reports, Toxic Hindi version sold over 50K tickets in national chains (PIC) for the opening day in just 24 hours of the commencement of ticket sales. The initial momentum is sensational and also much bigger than many Hindi biggies.

At this pace, Toxic should open in the vicinity of Rs. 35 crores to Rs. 40 crores nett. There is also a partial holiday on August 26, which should further increase the footfalls. The film is behaving like a monster, surpassing the industry projections.
