Jana Nayagan marks the last movie of Thalapathy Vijay, but it has been stuck in a legal web for the past three weeks. Fans are eagerly waiting for its release, but the makers have not yet provided any clarity.
Now, an interesting buzz about the Jana Nayagan release is doing the rounds on social media. Speculation suggests that the makers have agreed to remove around 20 minutes of footage that includes objectionable dialogues and scenes. If this turns out to be true, the movie may release this month.
On the other hand, rumors are also widely circulating on the same platforms that the film, without any cuts, will be released on Amazon Prime Video, which would be good news for fans.
There is no solid evidence to support these claims, but if they happen, fans will be happy to watch the movie in theaters and the uncut version on OTT.
Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Priyamani, Narain, and others appear in key roles. The film is produced by KVN Productions, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
