The fans and movie buffs eagerly await Bollywood to regain its lost form. Back then, the Hindi film business at the ticket windows was the highest in the country. Ever since Covid, the situation has changed completely, and people have become selective regarding films. The exact problem now is that Hindi films are either collecting huge revenues or collapsing completely, which wasn’t the situation before.
In these circumstances, all eyes are now on Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2 and Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya. While the Ajay starrer is releasing tomorrow worldwide, Bhediya is up for a grand release next week. While the former carries the advantage of being a sequel, the latter enjoys the buzz generated through trailers and songs.
If these films click well, they will pave the way for Ranveer Singh’s Cirkus releasing for Christmas. Also, some big films are releasing next year, and Drishyam 2 and Bhediya must do well to ensure confidence in the exhibition sector. So let’s see what happens.
