Actor Daggubati Venkatesh has made a special visit to Khammam this evening. Hundreds of Venky fans from Khammam and surrounding areas thronged Congress’ Khammam Lok Sabha candidate P Raghuram Reddy’s residence to catch a glimpse of their favorite star. Amid loud cheers, the actor waved at his fans and greeted them from the balcony. Pictures end videos of Venky greeting his fans are making a big splash on social media.

It’s well known that Raghuram Reddy is Venky’s daughter Aashritha Daggubati’s father-in-law. The actor is in town to campaign for Raghuram Reddy ahead of the polling. A few days ago, Aashritha made a rare public appearance when she campaigned for her father-in-law in Khammam. Hailing her father-in-law’s determination, Aashritha vouched for the fulfillment of the election promises made by him.

Venky has always maintained a safe distance from politics, and didn’t make any hard-hitting statements against any political leader during today’s road show while campaigning for Raghuram Reddy. Venky looked quite enthusiastic and energetic and cheered his fans throughout his campaign.
