For the last few days, God’s own country Kerala has been on the edge due to heavy floods battering the entire state. Several people have lost their lives and thousands were moved to safe areas. Metals CM Pinarayi Vijayan appealed to the countrymen to donate generously to the CM Relief Fund.
Responding to the CM’s call, happening young hero Vijay Deverakonda donated Rs 5 lakhs. He went on to urge all his fans to chip in with their contributions. In a touching tweet, Vijay said, “Kerala was my first holiday destination and has given me a lot of love for my work, I’ve met a lot of people from there who are some of the nicest people I know, I don’t know how to reach out personally.”
And now I hear Kerala is reeling under floods and situation is quite bad!
