The success function for Vijay Deverakonda’s latest blockbuster, Geetha Govindam, was held tonight. Megastar Chiranjeevi was the chief guest at the event. Speaking on the occasion, Vijay thanked the three main men behind the film’s success.
Firstly, Vijay thanked Geetha Govindam’s producer Bunny Vas for putting some sense into him. Thanking Parasuram, the young hero said that all the credit for his performance goes to his director for pushing him and making him comfortable. Finally, Vijay thanked veteran producer Allu Aravind for giving him the freedom to market the film in his own way.
Talking about Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vijay said that Chiru spoke to him for more than an hour after watching Geetha Govindam. “He even cancelled Sye Raa’s shoot to attend this success function. Thank you Chiru sir for your large heart,” said Vijay.
