Tollywood director Vamshi Paidipally recently scored a blockbuster hit with Varisu (Vaarasudu in Telugu), which starred Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. Now, another Telugu director is reportedly set to direct the star actor.
There has been gossip on social media that Gopichand Malineni has narrated a story to Vijay, which the latter agreed to in a single sitting. If the rumours are true, we can expect to see their collaboration soon and the buzz is, it is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film.
Gopichand Malineni’s last two movies, Krack and Veera Simha Reddy, turned out to be super hits at the box office. It is said that he has narrated a mass story that suits Vijay well. However, there is no word yet on who will produce the film. We will have to wait for more information about this exciting project.
