Vishwak Sen’s prestigious project Gangs Of Godavari should have been released on March 8, but it was postponed due to pending works. On the same day, Vishwak Sen released his other film, Gaami, which became a successful venture. Later, the makers of Gangs Of Godavari announced that the film would arrive on May 17.

The latest update is that the movie is not arriving on May 17 either. Instead, the action drama will hit the silver screens on May 31. The reason behind the postponement isn’t revealed, though. Fans need to wait for a few more days to witness this rustic village drama. Directed by Krishna Chaitanya, the film is produced by Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments.

Interestingly, Faluknama Das, which brought immense fame to Vishwak Sen, was also released on May 31. Neha Sshetty and Anjali are the leading ladies in Gangs Of Godavari. Nassar, Sai Kumar, Goparaju Ramana, and Hyper Aadi will be seen in vital roles. Hindi Bigg Boss sensation Ayesha Khan will feature in a special song. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the tunesmith.
