Tamil star Suriya, who enjoys a strong following in Telugu states, has scored another major success with Vishwanath & Sons. Directed by Venky Atluri and produced by Naga Vamsi, the film has now achieved a significant milestone by crossing the Rs. 200 crore worldwide gross mark.
After more than a week in theatres, the makers officially announced the achievement with a special poster featuring Suriya alongside Mamitha Baiju and Radhika Sarathkumar. The team celebrated the milestone by calling the film a “heartfelt blockbuster,” making it another notable addition to Suriya’s career. Interestingly, this marks Suriya’s second Rs. 200 crore worldwide grosser in the same year, making the achievement even more special.
With Vishwanath & Sons also released in Telugu under the same title and continuing to perform well despite competition, all eyes are now on how far the film can go and where its lifetime collections will eventually land. G.V. Prakash Kumar has composed the music for the film.
