Welcome To The Jungle, the third installment of the Welcome franchise, is the next big film to arrive from Bollywood. The comedy drama, headlined by Akshay Kumar and an ensemble cast, will hit the silver screens this Friday. Ahmed Khan is the director.
The movie has completed its censor formalities, and the CBFC suggested 18 changes to the final version, including muting/changing dialogues and deleting a few visuals. The removal of visuals was mainly focused on toning down the glamour quotient. Accordingly, some sensual scenes featuring Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez were removed.
Additionally, some frames featuring bikini visuals and close-up shots of female actors’ hips were replaced. The approved runtime is 164 minutes (2 hours and 44 minutes). Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jackie Shroff, Urvashi Rautela, Paresh Rawal, Johny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, and others play key roles.
