Yatra, the prestigious biopic on former Chief Minister of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy, is one of the crazy projects that will be hitting the screens in January early next year. Mollywood Megastar Mammootty is playing YSR’s role in the movie.
The latest update is that Yatra’s first single ‘Samara Shankam’ will be released on September 2 at 7 am, on the occasion of YSR’s 9th death anniversary. Young Tamil music composer K is scoring the film’s soundtrack. The film’s music recording took place at a renowned symphony in Macedonia.
Yatra is being directed by Mahi V Raghav. Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy are jointly bankrolling the project under 70mm Entertainments banner.
