Youth, directed and headlined by Kollywood comedian Karunas’ son Ken Karunas, is a sensation of sorts. The movie earned over Rs. 60 crores gross in Tamil Nadu alone, emerging as one of the biggest hits among small-budget films. Youth’s theatrical run is nearing completion, and it is now set for its OTT debut.
The latest update reveals that the film will start streaming from April 16. Netflix holds the post-theatrical streaming rights to Youth, and the movie will stream in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam audios from the said date.
Youth is the story of a 15-year-old who decides to find true love before school ends. He discovers the real meaning of love through heartbreaks, that shape him into a mature man.
The film also stars Devadarshini, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Anishma Anilkumar, Priyanshi Yadav, and Meenakshi Dinesh in crucial roles. Karuppiah C. Ram and Sulochana Kumar produced it jointly. GV Prakash Kumar composed the music.
