Allu brothers Allu Arjun and Allu Sirish’s Sarrainodu and ABCD were the most-watched movies on television last week. The Hindi dubbed versions of both these Telugu movies generated the highest TRPs, according to the latest BARC ratings.

Apparently, Sarrainodu and ABCD recorded an average minute audience (AMA) of 4863 and 4016 respectively. In fact, both the movies even surpassed the TRPs of Baahubali – The Conclusion’s TV screening (AMA of 3609). Goldmines Telefilms had acquired the Hindi satellite rights of ABCD.

“I am so happy to learn that the Hindi audience enjoyed watching ABCD. I honestly didn’t expect this level of viewership. It is perhaps the fun aspect of the movie that connected best with the Hindi audience. I thank the viewers for their love and entertaining them will be a priority for me as an actor,” Allu Sirish said.

It is a known fact that energetic hero, Ram is now doing a film with Linguswamy and the shooting will start soon. The film is bilingual and also marks Ram’s debut in Tamil cinema.

The interesting gossip now going around reveals that Ram will very soon collaborate with star director Boyapati Sreenu as well. The story discussions are on and the news is that Ram has liked the storyline narrated by Boyapati.

If this project gets confirmed, it will be really interesting to see Ram in one more mass film post, Ismart Shankar. As of now, Boyapati is giving the final touches to Balayya’s next.

Once again, three noted Telugu movies released this Friday in the form of Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, Mosagallu, and Sashi. Sadly, all three films opened to some dull response at the box office.

The exact day one collection of these films is being compiled and the trade suggests that the figures are not that great.

So, the three films need to make more money only during this weekend. Once this weekend crosses, things will be quite tough for these films.

This current situation has helped Jathi Rathnalu in a big way as it will have yet another solid week at the box office.

Out of the three films, Karthikeya’s Chaavu Kaburu Challaga is the only film that has managed some occupancy today.
