“Prabhas is a gentleman,” this statement is often heard from most of the actors and technicians who worked with Tollywood star Prabhas. Even as he has been working with some of the biggest names of Bollywood, Prabhas continues to get the ‘gentleman’ tag.

In a latest, popular Bollywood costume designer Nachiket Bharve, who is designing the costumes for Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan in Adipurush, had some nice things to say about the Rebel Star. “Prabhas is a gentleman, gracious and easygoing,” Nachiket said in a latest interview. He also added that he has been very ‘prudent’ in his approach while designing the costumes since the film is based on history.

Adipurush, being directed by Om Raut, will be releasing on August 11, 2022. Prabhas will be seen as Lord Rama, while Saif plays the Demon King Lankesh (Ravan) in this VFX extravaganza. Kriti Sanon is said to have been roped in to play goddess Sita.

For the last few weeks, Team RRR has been shooting for the intense climax sequence at Aluminium Factory. Last night, the team took to Twitter and announced that renowned Hollywood Action Director, Nick Powell, has joined the last leg of climax. “Just when you thought the climax shoot couldn’t get any…,” Team RRR tweeted.

Nick Powell had worked on Hollywood biggies such as Braveheart, Bourne Series, Gladiator, X-Men and Resident Evil to name a few. He also choreographed some spectacular stunts in Indian films such as 2.0, Manikarnika and Radhe Shyam. Nick was seen in action quite literally in the short making video released by Team RRR last night.

Starring NTR and Ram Charan along with Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Kollywood actor Samuthirakani and Irish actors Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody in lead roles, RRR is being produced by DVV Danayya with a whopping Rs 400 crores. The film is scheduled for an October 13th release.

It is a known fact that Venkatesh is doing a film called Drishyam 2 which is the remake of Malayalam hit Drishyam. The highly anticipated sequel was formally launched at Ramanaidu Studios today.

Director Jeethu Joseph, who has helmed the Malayalam blockbusters, Drishyam and Drishyam 2 mark his Tollywood debut with this film. In form musician, Anup Rubens has been roped in to compose music for this film.

Meena is pairing with Venkatesh while Nadhiya, Naresh, and Esther Anil will be playing important roles. D. Suresh Babu, Antony Perumbavoor, and Rajkumar Sethupathi are jointly Producing ‘Drushyam 2’ under Suresh Productions Pvt Ltd, Aashirvaad Cinemas, Rajkumar Theatres Pvt Ltd banners.
