Kannada actress Rakshitha is well known to Telugu movie lovers for her roles in movies such as Idiot, Nijam, Andhrawala and Shivamani. She married noted Sandalwood director Prem in 2007 and bid adieu to Tollywood.

Now, Rakshitha is launching her brother Raanna as a hero with a romantic action entertainer directed by her husband Prem. Titled Ek Love Ya, the film is being produced by Rakshita under her banner Rakshita Film Factory. Ek Love Ya will be releasing in all the four major South Indian languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

Raanna underwent training in acting at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York, USA. He has also worked in the direction department and acted as an apprentice in a few Kannada films. Debutante Reeshma Naniah and popular Sandalwood actress Rachita Ram are the female leads in the film. The film’s first single, composed by Arjun Janya, will be launched tomorrow as a Valentine’s Day treat.

Hero Nithiin today launched the first single from child artiste turned hero Teja Sajja’s second film as the main lead, Ishq. Titled Anandam Madike, the song is a melodious romantic number sung by singing sensation Sid Sriram and young singer Satya Yamini. Malayalam wink beauty Priya Prakash Varrier is the leading lady in the movie.

Anandam Madike has been penned by noted lyricist Shreemani and composed by Mahathi Swara Sagar. The film is an official remake of the acclaimed Malayalam romantic drama, Ishq. Being directed by debutant SS Raju, the film is being produced by NV Prasad, Paras Jain and Vakada Anjan Kumar under Megaa Supergood Films banner.

It is a known fact that Pawan Kalyan is shooting for the remake of Ayyapanum Koshiyu, the remake of the hit Malayalam film. The shooting is in full swing as of now in Hyderabad.

The latest gossip that is making the rounds is that there will not be any song in the film. Only a basic theme song will be released and that will be not part of the narrative as per the news.

Though this news is not yet confirmed, it has gone viral. The film is a serious drama and the makers feel that song can obstruct the flow of narration. A Pawan Kalyan film without songs, well this looks quite weird isn’t it?
